  I was it. I was in line today with the craziest customers the rudest people, but dealing with May today she helped and supported me. Get through the line it was super hot outside. I was super annoyed, but you know what somebody like. May made my day. Happy Juneteenth girl thank you. Please give her a bonus. She deserves it.

  Every single time I order ahead from here and I mean EVERY time I place it and wait till the estimated time I even take longer so I don’t get there until maybe 5 minutes after the estimated time they keep the drinks in the freezer but everytime I come they make us wait at least another 5 minutes and most of the time they aren’t even busy at all, then when I get my drinks I get them blended btw and they are already melted I get the melt but they shouldn’t met that much in only 5 minutes so it means my drinks have been ready and I’m waiting for drinks that were already made a while ago it’s frustrating waiting for my drinks to only be met with melted and disappointing drinks do better with order ahead

  I wouldn’t give this place a half star On the 1st of this month, I came to this location since my regular Dutch was closed. I waited about 30 minutes for my drinks. I’m very understanding when they get busy but 30 minutes is excessive they were getting ready to close I finally got my drinks and left after trying my drink I noticed they didn’t put the espresso so I checked all 5 same thing by the time I realized it they were closed so the next day I go to see if I can get my receipt to contact customer care like I mentioned this isn’t the first time when I got there I asked for a manager one wasn’t there so I got a shift lead name Christian who was dismissive and flat out called me a liar and told me they watched the cameras and I wasn’t ever there mind you I’m disabled so I park right in front and there’s a camera right where I park so I told him he was going to feel stupid when he does see me on camera after I call corporate his response was yeah yeah and walked off I was so upset and angry to have someone tell me I was lying and was never somewhere I know I was like I was crazy not knowing where I am he even asked me are you sure you weren’t at a different location I will never come back to this location again Every time I come to this location, they mess up my drinks; they’re rude and could care less. If you want to be treated right as a paying customer, go to the East Commerce location; they're absolutely amazing and WILL get your drink correct.

  This Dutch Brothers is great. The service here is very pleasant, Joyful, Warm. I really enjoy coming here. The people here are super super nice ☺️
