    They always skip the car thats next. Currently in line and I got skipped twice, no cars are moving even tho theres a huge gap in the line. These kids arent picking up the flow and causing all these lines into the ross parking lot. Its crazy. The one off arden is so much better. This girl keeps stopping from taking car orders and talking to ppl sitting on the benches. Makes no sense. Poor staff needs better training and standards overall for this location. Why am i waiting 30 minutes in a drive thru for one drink?? Makes 0 sense why they can never keep the line flowing but hazel and madison do, arden does, el camino does and its so much more tiny in el camino. The second girl doing line orders straight up abandoned the other girl out here and the first girl has been with the same red car for going over 10 minutes rn. This places needs better staffing and training and please give your staff hats and fans, its too hot for one girl to stand with one car for over 10 minutes. Both girls are now gone and have left the cars alone and im almost at the window to get my drink but I havent even ordered yet. Its so chaotic. A different girl came out to help the line and I expressed all of this and she comped my drink. I was not expecting any freebie, I had my card ready to pay but whe was very generous. I appreciate the kindness.

    Maddy was outside taking orders and she was so sweet and awesome. I had to leave a review. Her aura was super warm and genuine. In a world where human interaction is almost transactional nowadays, it’s nice to see someone just being human. Yes lol I realize she was at her job but i felt i should shout it out. Thanks!

    Dutch Bros on Howe is the BEST! Not only do they brighten your day - they can make a blah day turn SPECTACULAR! I love consistency in a world that almost works against it. Never had to worry about my order, but most importantly, never had to worry about my day being ruined with awful service... compared to some of those other chains. (Cough Starbucks). That being said, can I also mention how their coffee is drastically better than other chains. I know most of you guys are gripping your toilet seats, still going to that one chain, and not connecting the dots... lol. I never had a bodily issue while drinking Dutch Bros. Just sayin... My point is, the consistency of a great beverage and always great service, is something that is extremely rare and we should absolutely be celebrating Dutch bros for keeping up the Joy every day. đź’™
