Great drinks but at this particular location on howe and Hurley I believe it is they took customer service a little bit too far. We had a very very long line on a hot day and they socialize at least 10 to 15 minutes in one car that was ahead of me. The young lady respond was not very nice when I mention it to her. I frequent the Dutch Brothers on Northgate and the customer service and young people that works there is wonderful and polite. I need to remind you that I am 73 years old and time is precious š. Other than that I do enjoy my Dutch Brothers and will be going to Northgate š

A lady cut infront of me while my order was being taken and the order taker kindly handled it and asked the driver next time to go in back of line. The girls are always very kind and give off positive vibes ā¤ļø I love going to this place. My favorite is the Strawberry Green Tea with a dash of sweet cream. It's amazing š š¤©

She had such amazing positive energy, was so friendly and welcoming, and made the whole experience better. She was laughing, smiling, and genuinely made my day. Employees like her are the reason people come back. I really wish every Dutch Bros location had someone like Madalyn. She is absolutely amazing!

How do I earn points?
Itās easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and thereās no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and youāll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way youād like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
