- WAWilla Allen6 days ago5.0I got the Strawberry Colada which was really, really good and I got one for my husband and he enjoyed his too. This is the best place to get hot or cold beverages!

Had been in line for over 10 minutes and wait times at this location are longer than others but hey I get it. However when Im finally about to get to the window at 9:53pm she comes out looking extremely dissatisfied and angry. Rudely says “we already took our last car, we won’t be serving you tonight we are closed”. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Despite this already being a problem I honestly get it, sometimes after a busy day you’d want to go home and It wouldn’t be a problem if the Barista hadn’t been so disgusting with her attitude about it.

However, every single time I come here the price changes for drinks & workers pre-select their tips instead of asking customers. A small myst was almost $7…a small. I didn’t realize it until after I left and looked back.

- SSSamMay 8, 20263.0Pick up was set at 12:48pm , I received my order at 1:08pm. What is the point of scheduling a pick up just to arrive and have to wait. There were 3 workers, there is sometimes 2 workers at the Freeport location and they have always had my order ready either at the pick up time or no later then 1-2 minutes after I arrive. Also only 4 cars in the drive-thru 😐. Someone also mentioned someone else being slow and that they had higher standards, we need more people like her ❤️. Drinks tasted good at least 🤷🏽♂️.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
