    Customer service is always A1 at the Keifer Em Dutch Bros and the music is always great. Shout out to Millie and the whole crew for always being so patient, fun and helpful.

    They are ok my drink was remade 3xs and the final time made it was too sweet and not 190 degrees so Iā€™ll continue going to my FAVORITE FLORIN ROAD šŸ˜‡

    I love Dutch Bros. I live around the corner so I've been to this store many times. But I will never visit this Dutch bros. again because of my experience on June 22 around 6pm. There was only 3 cars in line and I was the 4th in line. While talking to my passenger I realized it was taking a long time. I then noticed the 2 cars in front of the car in front of me were gone and the young man taking orders was taking his time having a conversation with the person in front of me. I said "hello, no one ahead of you". He was done taking the order because he was holding his tablet down by his side, hands moving obviously just talking. Again I said "hello". He looked at me then continued talking to the customer not caring the 2 cars ahead of them were long gone and they were holding up the line. A couple more times I said "hello!" He finally came to me, didn't apologize for the wait and basically said if I didn't like the wait I could go somewhere else. Rude and inconsiderate is not the way to do business! They lost this customer and would not recommend anyone doing business here!
