  They are ok my drink was remade 3xs and the final time made it was too sweet and not 190 degrees so I’ll continue going to my FAVORITE FLORIN ROAD 😇

  I love Dutch Bros. I live around the corner so I've been to this store many times. But I will never visit this Dutch bros. again because of my experience on June 22 around 6pm. There was only 3 cars in line and I was the 4th in line. While talking to my passenger I realized it was taking a long time. I then noticed the 2 cars in front of the car in front of me were gone and the young man taking orders was taking his time having a conversation with the person in front of me. I said "hello, no one ahead of you". He was done taking the order because he was holding his tablet down by his side, hands moving obviously just talking. Again I said "hello". He looked at me then continued talking to the customer not caring the 2 cars ahead of them were long gone and they were holding up the line. A couple more times I said "hello!" He finally came to me, didn't apologize for the wait and basically said if I didn't like the wait I could go somewhere else. Rude and inconsiderate is not the way to do business! They lost this customer and would not recommend anyone doing business here!

  I had a very disappointing experience at Dutch Bros. I am an Amazon delivery driver, and after spending hours delivering packages in extremely hot weather, I stopped to grab a drink during my route. When I pulled into the drive-thru, there was one car ahead of me. The customer spent several minutes talking with an employee before ordering. After receiving their drink, they continued having a long conversation with what appeared to be the manager at the window. Because of the way the drive-thru was set up, I couldn’t pull forward or leave. After waiting for around 10 minutes with no movement, I lightly honked my horn to get their attention and let them know there were customers waiting behind them. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the customer, employee, and manager became rude and used inappropriate language toward me. I was told that I was not welcome there and was treated disrespectfully simply for expressing frustration after a long wait. I understand that customer service includes being friendly, but there should also be consideration for other customers waiting in line. What disappointed me most was not the wait itself, but the unprofessional way the situation was handled. I expected much better customer service and respect from the staff. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider returning to Dutch Bros in the future.

  Such a gross and unprofessional experience! This is the second time now I have come to this stand and this girl has her whole butt hanging out. Is there no dress code?!? When I told management it made me uncomfortable they didn’t care at all. It’s so insane to allow that at a place of work and to basically tell me they’re fine with her butt hanging out.

  Good morning, thank you and beautiful amazing customer service this morning Miss Geo thank you for your amazing customer service. It was fun talking to you today. I was decided what I wanted to mix with my peach drink and she told me about the pomegranate drink and it was amazing and I’m still sipping on it when I have left, I will snap a picture and show you what her bright amazing customer service this morning made it feel like it was me because that’s what I do every day you guys can let her know how special and how much Customer Service means so much and I will try to see her tomorrow morning.
