- MKMarkita (Kitamoma)6 days ago2.0I am extremely disappointed with the service I received today. When I arrived, I gave my name, and the employee told me my order was not ready. While standing there, I saw an employee move two pizzas and a small box to the top of the warming area. Since I had just been told my order wasn't ready, I naturally assumed that food belonged to someone else. My family and I sat and waited. We watched customer after customer come in, receive their orders, and leave while we continued waiting. After nearly an hour, we finally went back to the counter to ask about our order. To my surprise, the employee reached for the exact same pizzas and small box that had been sitting there the entire time. That means our food had been ready all along, yet no one bothered to verify our order, call our name, or simply say, "Is this yours?" Instead, we were left sitting there for almost an hour while our food became cold. Everyone makes mistakes, and I believe in treating people with grace. However, accountability is also important. This situation was completely avoidable with just a few seconds of communication and attention to your customers. I hope this review encourages your team to improve communication so no one else has to experience the frustration and wasted time that my family did today.

When I shared what happened with a colleague, that said, “I should Never order from Dominos because the service is HORRIBLE. The same thing happened to him. Also, when I called the number listed for online orders, the person answered and said, there was a mistake made with my order and I would need to reorder. He said, give me your credit card number and info and he would re order for me. I said, NO, and refused to give him my credit card info and he rung up.
