- WPWilliam PhillipsJun 20, 20262.0So they had a special of any three topping on two medium pizza for 11.99 ,but when I had got ready to place the order they told me it would be 39.00 dollars ,so when I mentioned it to the staff that she hadn't told me that she had said that she didn't tell that after I mentioned it to her and I said her that why is it that you can promote this deal if your not going to stand by it, I'm very upset about this and feel that I was taken advantage of .I did try to call back but was put on hold and forgot about so now i will just take my business some where else ,this place is very unprofessional when it come to customer service and they feel that they will take advantage of people now .

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst dining experiences I've had. The bread bites had almost no browning whatsoever — significantly undercooked, with the texture to match. The pizza was more concerning. While the top and bottom showed appropriate browning, the dough directly beneath the toppings was completely raw. Not just soft — raw. Inedible. For context, I have eaten military chow hall food for years and this was worse. To top it off, the pizza wasn't cut properly. Every slice tore instead of separating cleanly because the cuts didn't go all the way through — a basic step that somehow got skipped. Something is clearly wrong with this location's quality control across the board. I wouldn't recommend ordering until they sort it out.
