  I'm very upset that I received my 7.99 pasta almost entirely empty with 3 tiny pieces of chicken to boot. Thought eh, whatever it happens. They might be training someone. So I call and imagine my disbelief when a AI answers that is no help at all. Que a 20 minute convo with an AI that keeps asking the same questions with no way to skip. Then when I do ask the ai to connect me to a person. It says it's transfering me to an associate but then just transfers me back to itself and starts the entire process over again. Here I am trying every option they give in hopes that something will work but no. Just an endless loop of a no help ai. What am supposed to do now? Well I think I'm just going to not order from this location anymore. Very upset with the lack of help or options for communication.

  I ordered a pizza for curbside pickup. When I got to the store I told them I was there. After 20 minutes I stopped the delivery driver he went in and . He brought me out of pizza. It was not the pizza delivered I took it back in the store they gave me a refund and then they went and gave the pizza that they handed me to my car to whoever it was supposed to go to. Sketchy as hell

  I placed an order on 11pm for delivery and it’s 12:46 am now still haven’t received my order that’s ridiculous and nobody was picking up the call !! Never ordering again from this store I was so hungry gotta order something else from DoorDash now I spent 2x

  It took them 40 minutes after my pickup time provided by the app to give me my pizza. And they had a snotty attitude about it like it was my fault.
