Definitely shouldn’t advertise and charge extra for choice of protein/meat if o was better off paying regular price for a bowl . Very dissatisfied with the experience for what used to be one of my favorite places to eat out

The last two times I have visited, there has been a disgruntled customer yelling at them over something beyond their control. The managers handled the situation very well and worked to defuse it calmly. Even while dealing with this, they continued preparing a large catering order and still checked me out with smiles on their faces. I would also like to commend the cashier. While the customer was getting in his face, he remained calm, respectful, and professional throughout. This team truly deserves recognition—and a weekend off!
