We asked for one of the burritos to be double wrapped, and it wasn’t. They also put the wrong salsa on one of the burritos. When we let them know, they just said it couldn’t be taken off and didn’t offer to remake it or do anything to fix it. I understand mistakes happen, but it was frustrating that no one seemed interested in making it right. Hoping they pay a little more attention to orders and customer service in the future.

No action to remove him was done making this place feel dirty because the silverware people use to eat are being exposed to strangers in this manner with no actual action to protect the customer.
- BCBrad CostaJul 1, 20261.0I put in a catering order weeks ago for a work luncheon. I received email/text updates that my order had been received and was on track to be delivered, no issues. The morning that my order was supposed to be delivered I received an email and text at 2am that my order had been cancelled because of a credit card issue. I attempted to call and fix this, they have no one speak to, it's all automated. I tried to find a way to re-enter my card info, not possible. I tried getting in touch with the store, they did not answer. I was not reached out to by anyone from the store, no one tried to fix this. The email I received said "don't worry we are still making your order" which is fine, but the whole reason I ordered a delivery is so I didn't have to send someone who needed to be in a work training. . I sent an employee to the store with the same credit card I used to order, when they arrived they person at the counter didn't not not have the order, so they began taking the catering order that she was going to have to wait for. While she was processing the order an employee came out of the back who had just finished the original order. I attempted to call their hotline, to speak to someone, this also is completely automated and it ended up hanging up on me. I will not order catering from Chipotle again, this was the worst experience
