- MWMisty WallaceMay 12, 20261.0Found a large chunk of avocado rind in my bowl. Not a big deal but wanted to make the restaurant aware. But trying to contact someone made it into a big deal. Tried contacting support through the app and it freezes up once Itry to enter order details. Tried to contact support on the website, same problem. Tried to call into the restaurant and the automated system gives the run around and refuses to transfer call to a customer service rep. Tried getting to a live people at the restaurant and it just rings until a full voicemail recording is prompted and then hangs up. Worse customer service system I have ever experienced. Shameful.

She was really nice, professional, patient, and gave us excellent service even though it was so close to closing time. Everything was handled with a great attitude and no rush at all. In my opinion, she was honestly better than most employees at other locations. We visited today, and she truly made the experience great. Thank you! 05.10.2026

I had to talk to the chatbot and reorder my food at the correct location. I gave them the two order confirmation numbers and the live agent reimbursed me for the first order. So helpful fixing my mistake

We ordered 6 items and got 1 bowl with someone else's name on it inside our bag with our name on it. How?

One guy was working the line and the register while 3 female employees were on a lunch break… I had to leave because it was taking so long. Doesn’t really make sense to have 3 employees on a break during lunch time and have one guy working the line and register taking off and putting on gloves over and over?? The manager needs to step up.
