Manager “julien” was making the burritos, and when i was ordering, i asked for the burrito, and said i only wanted cheese and rice and the barbacoa! and when it got to the beans, i said no. so what does she do? Of course put beans in. i told her i actually didn’t want beans, so she went to remake it. So we’re back at the bean station and she Again asks, beans? Hm… i say No beans Please! HM! wonder what happens? Of courseeee she gives me beans again! and quickly moves on to ask me abt other ingredients, even though Also! i told her already i only wanted 3 ingredients. I tell her “no i don’t want beans”. felt like i was going crazy! shouldn’t she know the chipotle way… the other workers are great tho <3

The salsa had no flavor to the point I forgot they even put it in my bowl because you cannot taste a thing. I spent $20 for food that wasn’t even edible but like I said. The employees were great so maybe they just cooked a bad batch 🤢🤢🤢
