  This particular location surprised me as other chick-fil-a's I've visited are SUPER friendly and accommodating. I had a dine-in experience here the week prior when they were fundraising for make-a-wish but my most recebt experience was a let-down! We went thru the drive thru and the girl working definitely seemed like she didn't want to be there; ok, chill. We let her know we wanted to glance at the menu attached to her ordering tablet to make a quick comparison and she kept saying, "what?" When we asked a question, she said, "what?!" Mind you, we're in a tiny compact car and are right at her level and she's in our window! We started to order and she cut us off, "can you scooch forward." With the straightest face, I'm still chill but my daughter is like, Mom, whoa, she's a little rude. I tell my child to chill and let's just scooch a foot forward. We give our order and ask for 2 chick-fil-a sauce, and 2 honey roasted sauce. She repeats pur order back to us but doesn't mention the sauce. My daughter leans over and asks if she got thr sauces on our order. She tells us they have a sauce limit and can give 1 of each. It's cool if you have a sauce limit, but she didn't even bother to tell us. Just glazed over it with her sour tude. We offered to buy the extra sauces, which were 1 sauce and 1 packet but they said they don't charge for sauce, so... what to do? Not return to this location specifically is what we'll do. ✌️

  I went through the drive thru yesterday and some employee had the audacity to call me Ma’am we are in 2026 and should not be using pronouns I got there name will be contacting Corporate I’m tired of CFA being none LGBTQ friendly 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️ this is ridiculous

  If you're going to charge premium prices you need to have lettuce & tomatoes That is not a week old and turning black Never received any napkins with my order maybe they need new management.I don't know.

  Tried the Chick-fil-A chicken burger while exploring Sacramento and honestly, it deserves a shout-out. The chicken was super juicy, the bun soft but not too fluffy, and those pickles added a little snap that makes every bite interesting. If you’re running around the city seeing music venues and need something quick but satisfying, this burger definitely does the job.

  I used to work at Chick-fil-a, and all of the other locations have been great. This location is not the place to order food from. They don't have the same service as the others do. It's seems like a minor complaint, but I really think it shows this location has lost its way to deliver the best day experience. I asked for 2 chick fil a, 2 ranch, and 2 honey roasted BBQ for my spicy sandwich and large fries. When they proceed to confirm the order, I go to the window and received my order. This happens 70% of the time, my sauces were lowered 1 each. I told them can I get 1 more of each? They said we could only give 4 sauces per meal. This was never an issue with other chick fil as. And the honey roasted BBQ are very small sauces. They did eventually give me the sauces. But still don't know why I had to try so hard for a little more extra sauce. It just seems a place that tries to save the most money and cut corners. If this review seems super dramatic, so be it, but I expect the same quality of service like the other locations. Food is great as always though
