  I was there on Saturday and the young Mexican girl was super busy working by herself and no help at all. I felt bad for her, everyone says she needs to get a raise. Weeks prior I saw the manager there who is a woman and there was a Mexican man who was the cook that spoke very little English. They opened up at 10 however no one took my order the manager came out like 15 minutes later and took my order. Moving fast forward this guy is no longer there and just this lady who is all by herself which I see regularly. I am going to file a complaint with Charleys corporate as the manager needs to be fired as this is not right to have this poor girl working all alone with 20+ customers and the front part of the counter is all dirty and there is no napkins nor condiments and the people that come by with the trashcan to pick up the trash should have wiped down the front and at least cleaned the counter The mall won't do anything about this at all as it's a restaurant issue. I don't see them lasting long there. The photo I took was after the line died down but there were still a lot of people coming up

  17 minute wait in line with only 1 person ahead of me because the worker was chatting to her friends

  Bad service the person who attended me is a very rude person does not advise properly and gave me spicy wings for my children under 4 years old when I asked for the change it was even more rude

  ZERO STARS!!!!! I just left and had a terrible experience. I told the employee Susana (who had an attitude) I want my sandwich plain I’m allergic to certain food. they still put it on my sandwich, I went back and told them I said pain on the sandwich i’m ALLERGIC. I watched another young lady just try to scrape what I’m allergic to off the sandwich. Will be contacting corporate because I can die from something like this.
