Weird place. Family run maybe? Just not very friendly. Was ignored by more than one employee and or a manager. It was like only the cashier can talk to you. Even when I went back after getting my food to ask for the wifi, they looked at me as if "why are you talking to me?". Food was hot and fresh. I would eat here again but only thr drive through.

This place must be family owned because they had an attitude like, you know, I was lucky to be there. I was on lunch break from work and needed to do a few things. They had a y side network once said, r.B staff the other one said something else, so I thought I would approach the counter nast for the wifi network. An older woman who seemed to be the owner was doing something with the drawer and just ignored me.A hundred percent, a young girl walked up, could have been a daughter, looked at me.Ignored me as well. They both walked away, left me standing there at the counter. I stuck my head around the corner and saw the young lady again and asked her and she then directed me to a young man. I asked him the question and he looked at me like I was speaking a different language. He said he didn't know the wifi code. I asked him if he could find out. He then came back and said that there was not a wifi code that he could share. It was really just an odd experience.

Arby’s is advertising their sliders for $1.99 on both the website and the app. But when you try to order, they ring up as $2.49. The offer clearly states it’s valid online or in-store.
I even drove to the Madison Ave location, and they still refused to honor the advertised price. How does that make any sense. This is exactly the kind of inconsistency that pushes customers away — and Arby’s wonders why they’re struggling.

The place itself is comfortable, but the service and food are just terrible, the cashiers are very negative, I called several times and they just looked at me and didn't come up, they forgot to put the sauce I paid for in the order, the food is just disgusting, the meat is terrible. I don't recommend this place to anyone, I was dissatisfied with this place.
