  I haven't had the best experiences with Arby's food in the past, and this is at multiple locations from the Bay Area to Sacramento. I recently heard about the new steak sandwich and thought what the heck, I'll give it a try. I was quickly reminded why I stopped eating at Arby's to begin with. Their food is seriously TERRIBLE!! There is just no nice way to put it, its awful. The best thing about the meal I ordered was the soda. The fries left a film in my mouth, like they were old.. You know, that startchy film? And the steak or cheese steak sandwich thing? NO, NO, NO!! It was hard to get down. I completed 2 full bites, attempted a third and just couldn't do it, I threw all of it away. I do not understand how this place has stayed in business for so long. That just seals the deal, Arby's is horrible and I will never eat at another one EVER.. Never say Never, except when it comes to Arby's!

  This genuinely use to be The best restaurant in the area. The food was ALWAYS fresh, hot & made to order. The customer service was stellar & I looked forward to seeing the older Filipino lady who use to work nights. IT'S CRAZY THAT 1 PERSON WAS THE DIFFERENCE. That amazing lady (I'm sorry I forgot her name) is no longer there and this restaurant has completely changed. The food is ALWAYS old, cold, hard and gross. Some people are nice and others are actually rude! I know that's basically the norm for other places but that's NEVER been the case until now. No Arby's doesn't have a complicated menu but what they did sell was yum! Literally my last 5 visits have been a waste of money and I find myself not wanting to go there anymore so I'm sad that I'll be deleting the app. Maybe I'll try again in a year or so but for now this location has lost a loooooong time customer...and I'm sad. I know that sweet Filipino lady took a better job, but for how long she worked there she would be disgusted at how quickly things changed. Bye Arby's (Arden)

  Love Arby's, but the cheesesteak is definetely a swing and a very big miss. Sandwich was horrible. I'll stick to the roast beef and gyros

  Food was good. Service was prompt. Our complicated order was understood. Didnt forget the napkins. Prices a bit high. Drive-through -- so atmosphere does not apply.
