  I have been a repeat customer here for the past 7 months but I can't help but to notice that whenever I come here, the management staff, specifically Leo, Ashley and one other female shift lead are extremely rude to me whenever I come in. I am never spoken to, however Instead they stare at me the entire time I'm there. It makes me extremely uncomfortable given that I observe that everyone else that comes through the door gets a greeting a smile regardless of a rush or not. Whenever I go the counter to place an order, I can visibly see them ignoring me as they cut side glances at me and when I leave after receiving my order, they stare at me from the drive thru windows. Today during the evening of 05/10/26 the same thing took place so I politely asked one of the shift managers while waiting at the counter (which is a female) if it was usual that they look at customers at the registers without acknowledging them and she very rudely told me someone would be with me. A few minutes later, Ashley comes out and says they can no longer help me because I made one of employees uncomfortable outside of work when I have never had a personal encounter with any employee outside of work. While trying to ask for names so I can properly forward my concerns to corporate, they threatened to call the police. The experiences I have here when I visit doesn't sit well with me given that I when I come I’m polite and respectful. I feel targeted, unwelcome and discriminated against.

  Paid for a couple extra sauces and didn’t receive half of them. What’s the point of being able to buy sauces if I won’t even be at least told that there wasn’t any left in stock.

  Two burgers and 40 chicken nuggets—it took them 25 minutes to prepare. 👎 A total waste of my time.
