My 4year old child needed to use the restroom, so I walked up to one of the workers to ask for the code. She was sitting to the side and stated “im on break you can ask him” pointing to the counter. Heaven forbid, you just tell me the code (taking 2 seconds out of your break). I then had to wait for the worker at the counter to be done taking an order to ask for code. This normally wouldn’t bother me so much, but as my 4 year old sat there dancing cause she had to potty so bad, that worker sat there on her phone… do better

I had to go inside where a big crowd of people were waiting to be helped. They are so understaffed. There was 1 person doing the drive thru window and the counter so we were taking turns with the cars. It took so long just to check in and now I have to still wait for my order to be made? What was the point of mobile ordering if I have to wait even longer than if I had just gone thru the damn drive thru. The inside was clean though so 2 stars for that I guess but man yall need to hire more or something. Lady just told someone it will be a while cuz there’s 4 pages of orders. This is wack yall come on Won’t return here again. I’ll drive out of my way to go to a different location!
