  Placed our order and sat there 45+ minutes then was told 5 minutes or less and never received our order

  Worst experience every time. Around 2 AM, they say they’re cleaning the grill and other equipment, and everyone has to wait at least 20 minutes for their order. Seriously, if you’re still serving customers, the food should be prepared and served on time. This happens way too often.

  How is ice never available? I can order a drink which has ice, but when it comes to ordering a bag of ice, they claim the ice machine is broken... almost everytime! I should know better and continue to go straight to chik fil a which consistently has ice to purchase, but i wanna believe sonic might have their act together. Frustrating and ridiculous they claim their machines are not "working" to sell ice, but their menu offers a fair share of drinks that are served with ice. I hope the reason for no sale of ice is diue to the machines truly being broken which in that case, sonic owners, maybe its a good idea to reach out ro chik fil a and learn what they do and then possibky invest in better ice machines and incorporate chik fil a's practices cause they never have issues.

  Love Sonic, always been the biggest fan of their Cherry Limeade. I requested a few extra cherries and they were happy to oblige. Also grabbed an order of tots, mozzarella sticks, and a corn dog. Hot and yummy! They put condiments in the bag without me even asking. Friendly service. Will be back!

  The drive thru goes fast if you want to grab your order and go. If you download the app, it usually has good deals that aren't offered otherwise! If it doesn't allow you to get the deal, the the staff usually honor the price. That's happened a few times and I had no problem. The sugar free menu items need work, but overall I don't have any complaints about the food. It's always hot and fresh. I love the drive in part because I don't go often enough to know what I want. This allows me to look at the menu without holding up the line. Just make sure you check your order. It's alot of different items that go into the order and sometimes may be forgotten. Not a problem. I keep going back when I get a taste.
