  huge shoutout to Eunice for her outstanding customer service. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely attentive. She went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect and made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. It’s not every day you come across someone who clearly takes pride in what they do, and Eunice definitely stands out. Her positive attitude and professionalism made a lasting impression. Smashburger is lucky to have her on the team.

  It’s been a while since I’ve visited this place. Things have changed, and for the better. They bring the food to your table now instead of calling your name to come pick it up at the counter. I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service. Restaurant was clean and staff appropriately attentive. Adrienne made our ordering quite easy with friendly attitude instead of just another person to wait on.

  This staff is amazing and the inside is super clean!! I came in on a very humid day, upon entering I was greeted by Adriane who is super friendly. There was a line but Michael was focused and putting out orders with haste and precision. There is another Adrian there and he was thanking me for my patience, I felt very welcomed here. The restrooms here are also very clean and the out door eating area is very clean and has some shade. After ordering And waiting for a short time I was treated with outstanding service that exceeds that of standard fast food restaurants. I highly recommend this place to my friends and family.

  I had the burger in the photo (Smoked brisket double smash) and I can definitely say … “The Food is Excellent !!!” …, across the board. The “cup of chili“ —Small— Needs to have Larger Sizes Available (e.g.: S, M, L). They do tend to get rid of the good stuff (e.g.: green goddess sauce), and some actual plates for “dine in“ would be extremely helpful. I could say more, but it would be more of the same …, Though the Key Takeaway is …, The Food is Excellent !!! And …, ADRIAN Did a Great Job taking Care of My Initial Order & Eunice Made The EXCELLENT MILKSHAKES (x2) !!! Thank You Both !!! Custom Orders are “Hit—and/or—Miss”. (2nd Photo) My First Dark Cherry Milkshake Arrived MUCH EARLIER THAN REQUESTED, but came in a Real Glass w/Blending Cup (Middle) …, Whereas the Second One Arrived in a Plastic “To-Go” Cup (Right) — I’m STILL HERE !!! EXCELLENT MILKSHAKES (x2) !!!

  I recently checked out this spot and had a generally positive experience. When I walked in, the main dining room floor was slightly dirty, but it was clear the team was on top of it. The staff members were actively going around the entire customer area cleaning up, and the open kitchen itself looked remarkably clean and well-maintained. On top of that, we received good, friendly service throughout my visit. The hot dogs themselves were the true highlight of the meal, boasting great ingredients and excellent flavor profiles. First, I tried the Chili Cheese Dog. The meat chili had a fantastic, robust spice level that gave it a great kick. The entire hot dog was packed completely full of cheese and savory chili, making for a truly flavorful combination. I also ordered the Colorado Dog, which was equally impressive. The bread quality was top-notch, providing a perfect base for the toppings. The peppers, cheese, and hot dog were all incredibly fresh and very well-prepared by the kitchen crew. The chef filled the bun straight to the brim with ingredients. While it makes for a slightly messy eating experience, it was still stable enough to pick up and enjoy without falling apart. It also featured a really good, noticeable spice level that tied the whole thing together. Bottom line: despite the temporary floor mess, the proactive cleaning efforts and the exceptionally fresh, flavorful hot dogs make this restaurant highly recommendable.
