- JMJulie My1 day ago5.0Open late, the gas price kinda higher than sam club and costco little bit. But it's not requires you to show the member card or anything (+1 for this!). When you shopping, if you have membership card (you can create it for free) you will have ALOT of discount!!!
- LCLisa Crouchley6 days ago5.0I am so grateful that you have Such wonderful staff. Matthew went above and beyond for me when I lost my phone. He helped me look around the registers at the self checkout. He also let me use his iPhone so I could find my iPhone. Which was in the parking lot, waiting to be crushed by any car at any moment. I’m glad I came back to the store within five minutes and found it on the ground before it was destroyed. I wouldn’t have been able to do it without his help. He is always so helpful at the register and deserves a $50 visa gift card for everything he does. Truly puts a smile on my face every time I see him with how kind he is as I am always fumbling through the check out. Thanks Matthew! You’re doing a great job!!!
- LMLisa McNeilMay 7, 20262.0Since I couldn’t find a form on website guess I will put my complaint here. I shop at this Safeway often but it’s the first time at the deli. I was shocked on how disorganized and rude the female staff were. Did not match the cashiers I usually interact with. No one addressed me as I waited while watching them not helping other customers. When I asked who or where I can get assistance they sent me to the other end of counter. Then that woman suggested I go back to where I started and ask that person. Who then said …she couldn’t help me. I let her know I was sent back to her and the woman w grey hair and glasses at the meat area yelled and said That’s not true! I heard what was said! That’s NOT what happened and so just wait and “I will be with you when I’m done!” It was very loud and brought attention to a situation that up until that moment was quite calm although frustrating. I was frustrated but not raising my voice by any means. Clearly she was irritated but she was also not correct. Yelling 30 feet away probably not the best choice either. All very surprising. The gentleman who ended up helping me was perfectly nice and helpful. Let’s just hope someone has a chat w this woman as it was not a good look for that department.
