- MMMaryamJun 17, 20261.0I am very disappointed with my experience at the bakery. When I placed my order, I specifically requested a light pink cake, but when I came to pick it up, the cake was made dark pink instead. That was not what I ordered. What upset me even more was that an employee told me that the handwriting on my yellow copy was not the decorator’s handwriting, implying that I wrote the notes myself. This felt very unfair and disrespectful. The yellow copy I was given is clearly a carbon copy of the original order form, and the price of $15.99 for each cake was also written by the employee who took my order. Instead of taking responsibility for the mistake, it appears that a new order form was created later, and I was told that the white paper was the “original” order. The information on that form did not fully match what I had requested. Everyone can make mistakes, and I would have understood if they had simply acknowledged the error. However, being accused of adding information myself was very upsetting and hurtful. I trusted your bakery with my daughters’ birthday cakes and expected better customer service and honesty. Unfortunately, this experience left me frustrated, disappointed, and saddened. Customer service is not just about making cakes—it’s also about taking responsibility when something goes wrong and treating customers with honesty and respect.

Cashier seemed suspicious and I offered to show the receipt of my previous purchase but he declined. Asked for my ID for the drinks (understandable), but he continues to look and my ID then me multiple times like he hasn’t seen an ID before. Overall he was rude and made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed. Just wanted to save myself a walk from going out to the car then back in.
