  Very bad experience at NOAHS NY BAGELS. The customer service was terrible, and one female employee with tattoos behaved in a very rude and aggressive way toward customers. I noticed that she treated non-white customers differently from white customers, which was extremely upsetting and unprofessional. Management should seriously pay attention to this matter and make sure all customers are treated with respect and fairness. No customer should feel uncomfortable or discriminated against while visiting a business.

  I’m a fan of Noah’s bagels ever since and I used to buy bagels in some locations especially in SF, but to be honest, this place is the dirtiest store I’ve visited. The trash were everywhere around the big garbage outside, no soaps and dirty inside the restrooms, and the breads that are displayed are not the actual ones that were written on the labels. I ordered an ancient grain bagel yesterday thinking it was the same bread that was placed on it, and I received a different one. I asked the guy (cashier) about the labels displayed on the window while pointing out and he said those labels were out and the breads are different. Tables on the patios have leftover cheeses. Unorganized and uncleaned location. Will not come back again.

  I cannot say enough amazing things about this location! I accidentally left my wallet here yesterday, and when I came back the next day, the team had safely held onto it for me. That level of honesty and integrity is rare anywhere these days, and it truly meant a lot. On top of that, the food here is always fresh, flavorful, and consistently delicious. You can taste the quality in everything from the bagels to the spreads to the sandwiches. Everything feels made with care, not rushed, and it shows. The vibe is welcoming, the staff is kind and genuine, and the whole experience just feels good every time we come in. This is our go-to spot in Roseville, and experiences like this are exactly why. If you’re looking for great service, great people, and a place you can trust this is it. Highly recommend to everyone!

  Multiple times they’ve gotten our order wrong. The first time I gave them the benefit of the doubt but now they made my sandwich & my husbands incorrectly. Literally forgetting to put the sausage in the bagel or bacon in the other. Strange. They also made me an iced coffee instead of a cold brew. Check your items before leaving or just go somewhere else.
