  This morning I ordered 4 farm house bagels and a single everything bagel with onion chive shmear via Door Dash. I understand being behind on orders due to everyone ordering breakfast so the wait I didn’t mind. But I do mind that I got 5 different types of bagels (not even an everything bagel) with only shmear on it. I spent nearly $80 on this order and I got an incorrect order that would’ve costed so much less. The bagels were also not even toasted.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Noah’s NY Bagels. The customer service was poor, and one female employee with tattoos was especially rude and disrespectful. Her attitude toward customers and delivery drivers was very unprofessional and made the situation uncomfortable. I also felt that some customers were treated differently based on their race, which was very concerning and upsetting. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the issue. Everyone—customers and delivery drivers—deserves to be treated with respect, fairness, and professionalism.

  These bagels are absolutely delicious. I ordered the hot pastrami bagel on a six cheese bagel and it was succulent. We stopped in the neighborhood to charge our car and decided to check out the bagel shop and now we are wishing we had one of these where we are from.

  Came in here with my younger brother and sister to order some food. My brother went to use the restroom and he was in there for awhile and was locked inside the bathroom. I had no idea. The employee Britney was hearing a knocking noise and went to check it out and it happened to be my brother scared because he couldn’t figure out how to unlock the bathroom door. Britney was so calm and helpful in helping him open and unlock the door properly guiding him through the process. He came out of the bathroom with tears running down his face but was so thankful this employee was so quick to respond to the noise she was hearing. Thank you for going above and beyond we will be back.

  Came in with my family and I enjoyed the food very much and more importantly the atmosphere. We ordered a few breakfast sandwiches customized and some tasty drinks. As I observed the restaurant while we were eating I was pleasantly surprised how well maintained they kept the restaurant. I noticed a girl cleaning the tables regularly and stocking things in the cooler area. Very hard working staff. I forgot the girls name but she had beautiful tattoos on her arms and came up to our table and checked up on us and was interacting with a lot of people in the restaurant. She was a very lovely girl. We will definitely be back because she made us feel very welcomed. We are new to the area and it was very nice to talk to her. I love finding a new place that has people with great auras. This place is my new go to.
