- PFPaul FurseMay 28, 20263.0Noah's fell off. They changed their bagels and food quality. Eggs taste like they're powered. This is now basically an Einstein, who bought them, with a better aesthetic. It's the McDonald's of the bagel world.

The customer service was terrible, and one female employee with tattoos behaved in a very rude and aggressive way toward customers. I noticed that she treated non-white customers differently from white customers, which was extremely upsetting and unprofessional. Management should seriously pay attention to this matter and make sure all customers are treated with respect and fairness. No customer should feel uncomfortable or discriminated against while visiting a business.
