  Placed an online order only for them to have my receipt printed out laying on the countertop(how would anyone notice that) saying that there is an issue with my order and that I need to see the cashier. I waited in the store and not a single employee asked me if I had a pickup or if I needed help. I finally get to the cashier after finding the receipt on the countertop and the employee has zero reaction, so then I have to proceed to ask what’s the issue with my order???? The employees reply is that nothing is wrong with it and we have all the ingredients to make your order, we can make it right now, I’m like then how come y’all standing around with zero concern for my order after I wasted my time waiting for nothing. Then they proceed to make my food in a matter of minutes after like 20 people walked in and had their orders all made. It was only until I found the receipt with my name on it and said something to the workers that anything happened concerning my food. I don’t normally leave reviews like this, but this was completely absurd. I would never order food from this location with the anticipation that they will even the slightest bit of concern for your order.

  Noah's Bagels has always been one of my favorite places. This was my first time at this location and Kyle made my day. I appreciate the great service and friendly attitude. Thanks Noah's and thank you Kyle!

  I was pleasantly attended to by Kyle Dragon. Young man is an epitome of top notch customer service. He helped me make a choice of breakfast and he discharges his duties with grace and a beautiful smile that will make you want to always return back here.

  The employees are extremely slow and have no sense of urgency. I had to wait 30 minutes for a bagel sandwich. I placed the order online to save time yet still ended up waiting. The girl who worked the online orders picked everything off of the tops of everyone’s bagel, mine included. She would stop in between making bagels to go change her gloves and go roll her eyes in the back.
