  The drinks especially the frappe isn't filled up all the way, they mix up your order a lot, and today they forgot the apples in my happy meal

  Called twice. Someone answered the first phone call and didn’t say anything, so I hung up. Called a second time, someone answered, they couldn’t answer my question regarding a McDonald’s ad I saw on TikTok, and they called me sir twice even though I’m a woman. Nice job assuming people’s genders 🙄

  I forgot to add something to my curbside pick up order. I only noticed because Flor confirmed the items when she delivered them to my car. She then went above and beyond helping me get the item I forgot, all while being extremely friendly. Thank you so much Flor!

  This one sucks the kids that work there have no communication skills act like they are forced to have a job because there moms and dad's force them too or they are entitled everytime they get the order wrong like they were never taught numbers and some of the stuff you order is not even in the bag

  I pul in behind someone else at the signs that just finished ordering and pulling forward this is about 10:50 for reference. I didn't have anyone say anything at the mic so I pulled forward and waited for the guy ahead of me to get his food and leave. No one in the take order window or at the signs. I pull in behind him and someone opens the window and I ask if they are open which I know is a yes cause I just watched them serve someone. They then tell me they are actually closed already and have everything off. Even though I just saw someone get food less than 60 seconds before then. Compound this with the amount of times I am told to pull forward for a single box of fries to get 3 cars behind me leaving before I do, and this place is a joke. This is the lowest rated McDonlads in the area and is absolutely earned.
