  Is this how a cheeseburger supposed to look like? It doesn't look like the one you advertise on your website. It is missing half of the ingredients

  I would like to report a concern about my experience at the McDonald’s restaurant in Roseville, CA 95747. In the evening, the restaurant lobby was already closed, while the Drive-Thru was still open. I came to the restaurant without a car, and I was told by the employees that I could not place an order through the Drive-Thru because I was on a bicycle / did not have a vehicle. I understand that the Drive-Thru may have safety rules regarding pedestrians and bicycles. However, when the lobby is closed and only the Drive-Thru remains open, this creates a serious problem for customers who do not have a car. What made the situation even more disappointing was the way the employees treated me. They were rude and dismissive, and they did not seem interested in helping me find any alternative way to place an order. I tried to explain the situation, but instead of offering any assistance or explaining what option was available to me, they simply refused to help. If someone is hungry, does not own a vehicle, and comes to McDonald’s on foot or by bicycle, there should be some reasonable way for that person to purchase food when the restaurant is still serving customers. In this situation, I was essentially unable to order food simply because I did not have a car. I would like to know what McDonald’s’ policy is for serving pedestrians and bicyclists after the lobby closes. If customers without vehicles cannot use the Drive-Thru, what option are they supposed to use? I am asking McDonald’s to please review this situation, including the behavior of the employees, and consider providing a reasonable alternative, such as a walk-up ordering/pickup option, for customers who do not have vehicles. I believe customers should be treated respectfully and provided with reasonable assistance, even when a particular service cannot be provided for safety reasons. Thank you for taking the time to review my concern. I would appreciate a response explaining what the appropriate procedure is for customers who arrive without a vehicle after the lobby has closed.

  New place. I lived in Roseville for 2 years. One of the worst McDonalds I have ever been at. Like wth do you mean there's no more refills you have to ask the workers to refill and the workers take ages to come and help you. The food is bland too.

  I ordered McFlurry Orea and addition m&m on top but this is what I got. This is not a McFlurry. They basically put the ice cream and Oreo crumbs on top. I tried to look inside but there’s nothing mixed in the ice cream. Flurries are always mixed so when you scoop it, it’s like cookies and cream. Not ice cream with a topping. Very disappointed with this location.

  This morning I had a craving for a #2 breakfast combo. I went thru the drive thru and here's why I'm shocked at this establishments 2.7 rating here on google... I am a 45 year old man and I trust myself to discern whether or not there was 2 items in my bag; a sausage mcmuffin and a hash brown. I only saw and felt the mcmuffin and asked the lady in the window for a hash brown. She retrieved the bag I had opened expecting a hash brown to be given, but she did something so kind I didn't have words for: she didn't take me at my word and proceeded to put her hand into my bag to make sure I wasn't going senile. A lesser person would have simply presented the item I was missing but she went above and beyond. I was so grateful I just let her keep the mcmuffin and i drove to the one on Foothills. Amazing amazing service. Idk why this place has so many one star ratings.
