- KMKate MurphyJul 2, 20261.0Unfortunately, this McDonald's has really gone downhill over the last few months. We have experienced no available seating due to dirty tables and/or teens hanging out taking over the dining room. We went a couple of days ago and our food looked like it was thrown into the paper wrapper and actually put together not even trying to look like a hamburger. I agree with other statements customers have made regarding lack of customer service. In order to get help, you practically have to walk into the back to find someone. Once you finally flag someone down for help they treat you as if you are being an inconvenience. I have noticed recently that I try to avoid McDonald's when my children ask to go. I will even offer an extra treat if they pick somewhere other than McDonald's to eat.

- JPJason PerezMay 26, 20261.0Absolutely terrible experience at the McDonald’s on Pleasant Grove in Roseville. The customer service was horrible from the moment we walked in. Trying to get someone to help at the counter was like pulling teeth — employees ignored customers and acted bothered when asked for assistance. To make things worse, when ordering nuggets they didn’t include any condiments or sauces. When we asked for them, we were met with dirty looks and attitude like it was an inconvenience. This was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. Poor service, poor attitude, and zero customer care. Definitely needs major improvement.
