  I had a mistake in my order but the Customer experience Leader and the Hispanic woman was very kind. They redid my order with no charge.

  Very inconsistent. I order ice coffee and every time they either put too much sweetener or too much cream. They do not follow the Mc Donald standard quantity as listed online. Every single order of the same ice coffee tastes different depending upon which staff at the moment is making the order. I don’t ever consume anything other than ice coffee or sometimes ice cream in Mc Donald’s so I can’t comment on the consistency of their food items. Most of the staff are untrained. So if you are counting your calories and want something consistent this is not the place.

  This is a fantastic McDonalds, David, Makanalei and their whole staff are ALWAYS amazing! My orders are always correct, and the food is always perfect(no soggy fries here, they're always hot and crispy)! I go out of my way to hit this McDonalds! BTW, they have the best coffee in Rocklin!!!

  Card readers were broken and our food was taken to the wrong table. Other than that the food was great.
