  I love Krispy Kreme and their donuts, their employees are always nice and the donuts are good. However, the AI drive through needs major upgrades or decommissioning. I tried to place an order for a dozen donuts and the system kept on misunderstanding me and kept asking "is there anything else!?" extremely rudely every two seconds. I asked to speak to a person and it said it would get the manager, and continued to ask me "is there anything else!?" and never put on an a person. I then had to pull through and park take my kid out of my car and go inside, which I was trying to avoid as carrying my kid and carrying donuts is a precarious balancing act at best. I felt very disrespected by Krispy Kreme corporate as my time was not taken into consideration and there was clearly NO QA by whoever they had build the AI system. Its quite simple, if you want to make someone mad, ask them, "is there anything else!?" every two seconds after EVERYTHING they say. Thanks for the frustrations and donuts!

  Denise was rude, unfriendly, and tried to upcharge me for donuts that didn't state there was an upcharge. A dozen assorted donuts was 23$, I got a half dozen for 20$.

  I ordered 24 count assorted donut dots. I got glazed donuts with two kinds of sprinkles. Dots were stuck together in clumps of 3. Staff was hustling but online order was late and seemed short staffed. KK website underestimated prep time. Would order normal donuts, not donut dots.

  I went to do the drive thru but the ordering system didn’t let me talk to a person it only was an AI clanker. I won’t participate in eliminating jobs in exchange for destroying the planet
