Immediately after paying we received a call saying they couldn't complete the order because they didnt have enough bread to fill the order. We then tell them we will gladly change the bread and make one lettuce wrapped. They said that doesnt work and the order has to be canceled. The person who called us was extremely rude and short on the phone and offered no options to complete the order. Basically they just didn't want to complete it. I use to be in the food industry and I know how frustrating it can be to receive a large order at night, an hour before closing. But I didn't appreciate the way the situation was handled. We ended up ordering Jersey Mikes and all was well. Thank gosh cause we really needed these sandwiches.

Staff tracked down order, customers already started eating. Staff remade our order, but remade the previous customers order again. So when the customers left, they had extra sandwiches. I was disappointed that the staff didn't bother to compensate us some how. Either comp our sandwiches, or make extra sandwiches. WON'T BE BACK!😡
- AAArieAug 23, 20265.0Jimmy John's is always great, and I've been to Jimmy's all throughout CA. Their sandwiches are crisp, bread is clearly stored properly, the meat is fresh and clearly kept properly cooled, and the delivery/presentation is uniform every time. Employees are friendly. Personally, the kids that work these joints are always chill, and they don't short-staff as there is usually 3 to 4 employees in a 100 sq-ft workspace space, even on a slow day (uncommon in these times). Great place for a casual lunch, whether meeting up with a friend, feeding the kiddos, or just taking a moment to enjoy a sandwich amidst the busy world.
