  I had been at the hospital with my friends as they were having their son and they had talked about this place. It was very basic (boring) tbh. The kids weren't friendly and being my first time I didn't know how things worked. Like can I add things to my sandwich or is it as is. They didn't converse with us except for taking our order. Maybe having an adult in the mix to model customer service would be helpful. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Poor customer service and boring food choices. From my understanding it's the bread that people like but it was stiff and basic. In my opinion.

  Hands down, Jimmy John’s in Roseville serves up some of the best sandwiches around! The crew working here is genuinely the nicest group of people!!! always welcoming, upbeat and fast with every single order. The bread is baked perfectly fresh, the ingredients are top quality, and the service makes you feel right at home. And then there are the pickles! The giant dills are absolutely to die for—crisp, satisfyingly crunchy, and perfectly salty in all the right ways. They pair amazingly with any sandwich on the menu. If you’re looking for incredible food, great people, and an elite pickle fix in Roseville, this spot easily earns five stars every time.

  Jimmy Johns is the best. I wish there was one in the Bay Area. We look got them and stop whenever we travel.

  I have visited Jimmy John's adleast 3x. never at this location. we where in the are on a Saturday morning. we ordered the tuna sandwiches. they had what looked like a full grew. the young man who took are order was very polite. what I found kinda was the set up. he never really asked me what I wanted on my sandwiches. I had to explain to him and asked him what options they had ok no big deal definitely not like subway or Togos or any other deil I visited. then i asked the female who looked like she was running the food program line. she was not friendly or pleasant to have interaction with. I was waiting at the counter to get my sandwich and she saw me there and within 3 minutes she asked me what I wanted?? I was right their . hum very unpleasant interaction. I also noticed a young man in sandwich pre line had lot of hair not hat or hair net. some of then had no gloves on. after we received are sandwiches tuna on white bread . bread was fresh for sure. but the sandwiches where very bland. I also oppseverd the older female was not happy when other customers came into the store like they where a bothering her time. very very unpleasant. I am not impressed or wanting to visit Jimmy John's again. especially this location. near Roseville ca in target shopping center. I stick to my mom n pops deil. or subway. someone needs to have corporate visits this location and retain this hole crew. thanks
