  Jamba is one of my favorite places to stop for a smoothie or quick snack! The drinks are always fresh, delicious, and made exactly how I order them. Whether I'm looking for something refreshing, healthy, or just a sweet treat, Jamba always has the perfect option. What makes this location stand out is the amazing customer service. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always greets customers with a smile. Even when they're busy, they work efficiently and maintain a positive attitude. The store is clean, the ingredients are fresh, and the overall experience is consistently great. It's clear that the team cares about both the quality of their products and the happiness of their customers.   Walked in - they messed up my order + were aggressive with charging me 50 cents for a cup of water after paying $25 for drinks. Just horrible and inconsiderate service! They also messed up the sizing of the drinks and still forced me to pay an up charge difference that I never ordered because of their mistake. Really weird… I don’t know if they thought I was walking in for freebies or what… but they treated me like I WAS NOT A paying customer.

  This one girl make my drink to perfection every time. I think Maddie or Macey. Top tier service thank you. I always get my drink extra thick and she always put her back into it. Thanks girl.

  Been going here for two years getting the same exact order Medium Pb banana with extra scoop of whey protein. And since the whey protein foams out , i request it to be put into a larger cup so I can get all the protein / drink I paid for. Until today that the worker ( curly red hair ) refused to do that . I was simply asking for the remaining of my drink and she said she won’t do it . So I left. Horrible attitude. Miss the old crew ! They were awesome!

  Be careful about this location there’s an employee In there who’s absolutely abusive to employees and customers and I’ve got her all on camera. Multiple times ive arrived and then met with absolute sarcasm verbal and subliminal abuse. She thinks people don’t understand sarcastic jokes and being wity. I caught everything she said paying attention even saw the way she rolled her eyes at the old lady asking for help With. She’s a heavyset large YT girl. Every time I see her she’s wearing a bandanna on her head. I watched her belittle a new employee who out loud said it was his second day and was asking for an early lunch meal her reply outloud “ I guess I’ll let you eat early because I’m going to get to decide that” those aren’t ! But what blew my mind was how she treated me recently Not knowing that my Meta glasses were recording her entire interaction, Acting like I don’t speak English and using sarcasm and racial undertones followed by “ you can wait outside if that’s better for you” . I’m looking for her the video has already amounted views on social media
