    Ordered a large lemonade. I got a large cup of ice and a minimal amount of drink. They must have used a mallet to fit in all the ice. It almost would fit in a comedy sketch about cheap drink places. I could barely fit the straw. Probably 80% ice and 20% drink. Are you that desperate to increase profits? Wow. For the price they charged I thought maybe not the old ice your way to profitability drink scam. Apparently this location is really hurting. I guess being so cheap is more important than customers. Go to a different location or ask this one to have Dr. Freeze ease up a lot.

    This Dutch Bros location is new to me, but I’ve already been a handful of times and have had a great experience every visit. I ordered my usual: a large iced green tea with light ice, sugar-free strawberry and sugar-free raspberry syrups, plus mango popping boba. I’ve been to the Dutch Bros in Rancho Cordova at least a hundred times, so I feel like I can make a fair comparison. Somehow, the same drink at this location tastes crisper, if that makes sense, and the sugar-free syrup ratio is always perfect. The employees have also been super nice, down-to-earth, and talkative, which is exactly what Dutch Bros is known for. What has surprised me most is how quiet this location usually is. Compared with Rancho Cordova, where there always seemed to be a huge line no matter what time I went, I’ve visited this location several times with no line at all. I don’t know whether it’s West Roseville’s best-kept secret, but I’m definitely happy to get my Dutch fix without the long wait I’m used to!

    The woman at the window was super mad toward us and got two drinks wrong the time was around 1:40. She also made the drinks really bad and the taste was really off.

    Dutch Bros Coffee is more than just a coffee stop—it's an experience! Every time I visit, I'm greeted with genuine smiles, positive energy, and some of the friendliest customer service around. The drinks are always delicious, whether I'm grabbing a coffee, Rebel, tea, or a blended drink. The staff consistently goes above and beyond to make customers feel welcome, and you can tell they truly enjoy what they do. What sets Dutch Bros apart is the atmosphere. Even on stressful days, the team has a way of brightening your mood and making you leave with a smile. Fast service, amazing drinks, and incredible employees keep me coming back again and again. Thank you to the entire Dutch Bros crew for always bringing great vibes and outstanding customer service. You make a difference in your customers' days! Highly recommend!
