- SRSarah Reis5 days ago1.0I went into Dunkin’ Donuts on foothill Boulevard in Roseville California today. I placed an order at the kiosk at 3:36 PM and my order number was 9681. My large berry, açai refresher, protein shake, came out fantastic and was filled to the lid. My brown sugar, shaken espresso, coffee drink was handed to me with too much ice when I asked for light ice. When she first handed it to me, it was filled all the way to the lid. When I asked for light ice due to sensitivity she scooped out half the ice and handed it back to me. When she handed it back to me, it was less than halfway full. I asked if she could top it off and she told me no the only way she could do that is by adding more ice.
