Most employees are teenagers that seem to be high school age and they simply do not care or take pride in their work. I often order the burrito bowl to go, which means I don’t see the final result until I’m home. But more often than not the bowl is half empty. They are extremely skimpy with their portion sizes. I continue to go here out of convenience and I do like the flavor of their food. It’s just the portions are so small.

I have been to many Chipotles in the US, and I find they all seem to have dirty eating areas which are not well maintained and staff which in many cases don't seem to care about customers. My wife and I went last night at 8:30 pm to a newer one and again, there was trash on the floor. The staff did not seem concerned about the customers, and we're not too attentive. The big thing for me is the food. I know this is personal preference, but both kinda of rice have too much cilantro on it and every time I get chicken, it get a few pieces which are grizzly and un chewable. That is terrible. I was having burritos with only rice beans and cheese, to avoid the chicken, not even any veggies, but there is not an option for this so they still charge full burrito prices for this. There used to be a less expensive "three pointer" option which was a bit less $, but not any more. I will never go back here.
