Depending on the staff, we either receive good service, or bare minimum service. I’m writing this review in regard to my experience today, and if I could give 0 stars I would. I always ask for extra chicken because they skimp out on their portions, I end up always paying for “extra”chicken, which is fine. However, today I had an employee tell me verbatim “that I cannot have anymore chicken”, this infuriates me because I am PAYING for this, and how can you tell a paying customer this. I’m not sure if this is a management request she’s following, or if she’s new, but it was not acceptable for me. My wife has mentioned in the past she’s received some lazy service from employees as well.
