This is the third time that this specific Chick-fil-A, has not provided the proper portion for fries. I complained now for the third time. I ordered a large and my wife ordered a medium and we had the same amount. This box was three quarters of the way full. My last complaint was half full. I guess progress has been made (sarcasm). My daughter lives on the East Coast, I mentioned our experience and she said that she experiences the same thing. It’s time to hold these companies accountable. They complain about inflation, tariffs etc… that warrants price increases and do these type of things to us. I truly believe this is strategic within the business model and I’m sick of it. We’re taking a stand from this point forward. No more Chick-fil-A for us. I’ve had enough of complaining with no results. They will never cheat me or my family ever again!!!
