  This food here is outstanding. It’s amazing. The staff is awesome. I’ve only been here one time before and the staff remembered my name and my son’s name. The service is awesome atmosphere is awesome. The food is amazing. I can’t brag about this place Enough I wanna come here and eat three times or four times a week. A must try ! The chicken Malibu was amazing !

  I recently had the opportunity to dine at this establishment, and my initial impressions of the environment were highly positive. The restaurant is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and comfortable to sit in. On top of the pleasant atmosphere, the staff provided prompt, friendly, and attentive service from the moment I arrived. The efficiency and warmth of the team made the entire dining experience feel welcoming and smooth. For my main course, I decided to order their classic French dip sandwich. The sandwich itself was outstanding and truly the highlight of the meal. It was prepared with high-quality ingredients, featuring remarkably soft, fresh bread that tasted like it was baked daily. Inside, it was piled high with tender, deeply flavorful meat and topped with a perfectly melted layer of cheese. The combination of textures and flavors in the sandwich alone was genuinely delicious and highly satisfying. Unfortunately, the accompanying au jus did not live up to the high standard set by the sandwich. The dipping sauce was thin, watery, and noticeably over-salted, lacking the rich, savory depth that a great au jus requires. It felt like it was rushed through the kitchen and treated as an afterthought rather than a core component of the dish. With just a bit more time, effort, and care cooked into the recipe, this dipping sauce could easily match the excellent quality of the sandwich. Overall, this is a wonderful spot with fantastic service and delicious food, but refining the au jus recipe would truly elevate the entire meal to the next level.

  Bruchi’s Cheesesteaks & Subs in Roseville absolutely knocked it out of the park! The cheesesteak was loaded with tender, flavorful meat, perfectly melted cheese, and fresh ingredients on a soft, delicious roll. Every bite was packed with flavor and tasted like it was made fresh to order. The portions were generous, the restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. It’s becoming harder and harder to find a place that consistently delivers both great food and great service, but Bruchi’s does exactly that. If you’re craving a quality Philly cheesesteak, this is the place to go. Whether you’re a first-time visitor or a regular, you won’t leave disappointed. Highly recommend the cheesesteaks, and I’ll definitely be back to try more of the menu!

  I am not sure if it is new management or what, but the food is completely different and off unfortunately. Got two chicken cheesesteaks, and the meat is not even chopped/shredded like you expect from a chicken cheesesteak. It is more so cubed and chunked. I ordered the bacon cheddar cheesesteak w/ extra cheese (I have ordered this before). 1. No extra cheese 2. No mayo (shows to be included) 3. Tastes like BBQ sauce flavor overload. It’s like I ordered a dry BBQ chicken sandwich rather than a cheddar bacon chicken cheesesteak. My wife’s sandwich was not good either, it seems like they put the “fry sauce” on the sandwiches now too. Onion rings were overcooked. Fries were fine. They forgot the cheese on the kids cheeseburger. Overall, very disappointed. Ended up throwing away the food… which I NEVER do. It was just bad. $60 wasted today. Such a shame the Cheesesteak Grille & Cheesesteak Shop are both closed. Bummer. Won’t be returning to Bruchi’s.
