Located inside of Kaiser Permanente and operated by the nonprofit, Becoming Independent (BI), the BI Buzz Café features locally sourced “grab and go” sandwiches, salads and wraps, as well as coffee and pastries provided by local vendors such as Andy’s Produce, Taylor Lane Organic Coffee, Healdsburg Bagel Co., Tea & Trumpets, and Red Bird Bakery.
BI helps people with developmental disabilities live meaningful and productive lives. Persons served by BI who have expressed interest in careers in the food and beverage industry will be afforded opportunities for vocational training and job placement.
