- MTMosana TekleAug 11, 20262.0My experience today at chipotle prompted me to leave this review. I’ve had good service from all the employees there, and I don’t want to dismiss all the other employees because of 1 particular one, but this lady has pissed me off twice with my portion sizes. Her name is Jaden. I’ve had 2 instances with this lady giving me skimpy portion and bad energy with the service. One time I came for chipotle honey chicken and she gave me a skimpy (dry chipotle chicken) from the back because there was none at the window, and immediately when she came back, the guy put a fresh batch. I assumed since it was a *very* small handful of chicken, she was gonna be generous and give me the rest of my portion, but she told me that would be extra, I was high key not happy but let that slide. Today I went in to get my veggie bowl for fasting reasons, and it was a new worker and that lady jade again. I didn’t remember her at the time, but I just walked in and got my veggie bowl. The new worker did good, he gave me an understandable amount of guac, but since it was a veggie bowl, I wanted more. So I asked for a little more, and she gave me a grapesworth more of guac! So I said, “Can I get more guac” and she said it’s gonna be extra, I reluctantly agreed and she took out a fresh batch of guac, but this is where it got me. She took this scraper and scraped the last grape sized guac and put it on my bowl and called it a day. I asked her can I get more, and she said “You want to get extra extra?” Bro…I just want my moneys worth. What I had on that bowl today was not it. I then asked for her name so that I can make this review for others, and to also repot her very disappointing service. Update: They gave me a free veggie bowl for my experience which I am grateful for, but I still don’t want to ever get served by that lady ever again.

Horrible service, HORRIBLE. Never had such a bad experience with chipotle in my life. Definitely going to be going to other places. I didn’t catch her name but she was more of a bigger lady, must be new cuz i haven’t seen her before. The cost to portion ratio is gone. The game is gone 🤦♂️.
