Went to the deli counter and was told due to a scheduling error no one could serve me. Really, you could tell me that, but not bother to help or find someone. Poor customer service.

- DEDanny EJul 12, 20264.0I went to the Safeway at Granite Dr and as I was at self checkout, I heard an older woman being EXTREMELY rude to the young employee, Natalie. She asked her how long she had been working there because she claimed to know all the employees. I hope that the manager does not allow this kind of rude and disrespectful behavior to go unnoticed. She made a big show of greeting employees by name to further prove she “knew the staff”. I was not the only shopper who noticed and commented on the older woman’s behavior. Natalie was very professional and did not deserve the verbal abuse this older woman was throwing at her.
