  The food and service at Pizza Factory are always great. The staff is friendly, attentive, and the pizza is consistently delicious. However, the dining experience is affected by the temperature inside the restaurant. During my visit, it was actually hotter inside than it was outside because the air conditioning didn’t seem to be running. While the food and customer service were excellent, having a cooler and more comfortable environment would make the experience much more enjoy. I feel bad for the employee working in such hot environment inside.

  Stopped by on a Friday afternoon for lunch. Door was open and there was pizza under the lamps for the buffet, however there was not a single person there the restaurant. No customers, no employees, no one. Very weird experience. Looked at the menu for a minute, walked to the back room and no one was around. Ended up going to Original Pete’s.
