  Pizza Factory, is the Best pizza I have ever ever eaten in my whole 60 yrs, I Will not buy pizza from ANY other pizza store, pizza Factory actually by hand makes the whole pizza, including the dough Pizza Factory is so GOOD, there's no other pizza like the Pizza Factory, they also have a Buffet for lunch, go and enjoy. .

  First time trying this location. We usually order from the Loomis location. We had the Awesome Combo, half with no vegetables. Everything was fresh and hot. It looked exactly like the menu photos. My only complaint was that the sauce needed a little more flavor. I went on a day that was 104 and I can honestly say that it felt the same inside the restaurant. There was only one young man doing everything (making food, answering phones, cashiering). I felt nauseous after a few minutes and this young man was working in these conditions. When I asked how he could stand the temperature, he didn't complain and continued working. I sincerely hope that management here rewards him, but I doubt it. Even with the miserable heat, he took the time to make our pizza looking taste delicious.

  Everytime we come to the Sacramento area this is one of the places we stop at for pizza the crew is always awesome and polite! The food is always hot and fresh. The tables, floors and restrooms are clean. My youngest loves their pineapple pizza, my older ones like the pepperoni and olives with light sauce, and my wife and I enjoy the Combo. This place also has arcade machines and board games; Chess is our favorite! Almost forgot the bread sticks and wings... Delicious 🤤🤤🤤🤤

  The food and service at Pizza Factory are always great. The staff is friendly, attentive, and the pizza is consistently delicious. However, the dining experience is affected by the temperature inside the restaurant. During my visit, it was actually hotter inside than it was outside because the air conditioning didn’t seem to be running. While the food and customer service were excellent, having a cooler and more comfortable environment would make the experience much more enjoy. I feel bad for the employee working in such hot environment inside.
