    I went today for my birthday drink and all the people working were so nice to me and made me feel so special. They are always nice but it was extra today and made me feel really good on my birthday. Thanks guys šŸ˜Š

    Kara is awesome! She greeted me with a smile and carried on a conversation we previously had about one of the drinks I order for my co-worker. She took my order and asked me questions to make sure she was making my drinks correct. On top of that, she got them to me faster than I can check my phone. Thanks for the great service and laughs.

    When I walked into this establishment I was greeted with the dirtiest look and the most negative atmosphere. The young lady with the grown out orange roots and long nasty unwashed claws was taking my order. She looked me up and down and glared at me demanding what I wanted. When I told her this she repeated a totally different order to me in the rudest tone. She then proceeded to finish my order refusing to scan my app claiming she could not do this anymore despite me having the app open the whole time right in front of her eyes. After a long wait she slammed my drinks down onto the table. Thatā€™s not even the worst partā€¦ When I went to take a sip of my long awaited favorite Dutch order of allll time I was cursed with this horrid flavor. Come to find out my order was WRONG! It was a rebelā€¦ IM ALLERGIC TO REBELS! When I asked for them to remake my drink she scoffed at my face and glared me down. This kind gentleman and angel sent from heaven, Jesus himself offered to remake my drink. I will never return to this devil worship of a Dutch brothers. #worstcustomerserviceofalltime

    Dutch Bros is great and usually a great experience but this one was exceptionally awesome. I don't like Super sweet coffee and Chase helped me find exactly what I wanted. Chase was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely coming back to this one because that guy kills it. Thank you Chase and Dutch Bros!
