  Ordered 2 double protein bowls and 1 pollo asado and all 3 bowls were half empty. Had never had this experience with any other chipotle before.

  Not the best. My daughter picked up the food so I can’t speak to that experience but I ordered a salad, there was no lettuce and it was swimming in juice from the black beans. I also ordered a large bag of chips and there were hardly any in there. My son ordered from there a couple of days ago and had a massive piece of the outer skin of an onion in his burrito. Seems like they need some additional training to make the food correctly. You expect a new store to be on top of everything in order to gain a good customer base. The other Rocklin location is much better, maybe check out what they are doing.

  Let me start with saying I’ve never had a bad experience at a chipotle before this location. The staff isn’t trained at all in how to do their jobs or service and twice have I had bad experiences with the girl manager around.

  So hyped to finally have a Chipotle right here at the new Whitney Ranch center! ​Stopped by recently, and everything was on point. The food was extremely fresh, line moved fast, and the portions were generous—loaded up my bowl and didn't feel shortchanged at all. The team working there is super friendly and efficient despite how busy it's been with the opening. ​Having a reliable, quick spot like this right off Whitney Ranch Parkway is huge for the area. A fantastic addition to the local food lineup—we’ll definitely be making this a regular weeknight stop!

  I had an excellent experience at Chipotle and wanted to take a moment to share how enjoyable my visit was. From the moment I walked in, everything felt welcoming and well organized. The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was comfortable, and the staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout the entire visit. The food was absolutely delicious. All of the ingredients tasted fresh and flavorful, and I really appreciated being able to customize my meal exactly the way I wanted. Everything was prepared nicely, and the portions were generous enough to leave me feeling completely satisfied. The combination of fresh ingredients, great flavors, and plenty of choices is one of the reasons I continue to enjoy eating at Chipotle. The service was another highlight of my visit. The team was attentive, professional, and worked efficiently while still making sure everything was prepared correctly. Even with other customers around, the experience felt smooth and pleasant. It’s always nice when employees take the time to be friendly and make customers feel appreciated. I also really liked the overall cleanliness of the restaurant. The dining area looked well maintained, and everything gave the impression that the team takes pride in keeping the location in good shape. Little details like that make a big difference in the overall dining experience. Overall, I was very happy with my visit. The food was fresh and tasty, the portions were generous, the service was excellent, and the staff made the experience even better. Chipotle continues to be a great choice when I’m looking for a quick, filling, and flavorful meal. I would definitely recommend giving this location a try, and I’m already looking forward to coming back again. Five stars all around! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
