When we returned to have it corrected, we were made to wait nearly 40 minutes for the missing food. We decided to give them another chance, but the issues continued. After receiving an email confirming our pickup order was ready, we arrived only to wait an additional 15 minutes. While waiting, the staff gave our complete order to another customer who simply provided my husband’s first name and last initial. The lack of organization and disregard for order accuracy is unacceptable. Also I may add. We are only aware of the manager giving our order to someone else due to me calling and asking why our order was marked as ready and my husband wasn't able to pick it up.

I immediately returned back to the car and saw them all in the front seat, so I went back into Wingstop told them my situation and asked can I use their phone to call AAA ,the cashier stated she need to ask the manager with no hesitation. The manager looked at me as I was sitting there in my medical scrubs and said “ NO” so here I am stuck no phone to call anyone. I asked a couple people and the answer was also no, which everyone was in a rush, Where is the humanity in this world people do not respect each other anymore , And just because of this act of in human humanity, I will not be patronizing this Wingstop any longer. I wind up walking to another restaurant to use their phone
