  The drive-up &Go service needs improvement. We have had missing items on two separate occasions, on different dates. The store should improve its processes and double-check orders before bringing them out to customers. Be sure to verify your order before leaving, otherwise you may have to return to the store to get the missing items

  I have always enjoyed shopping at this store, especially because they offer the customer-in-training carts for little ones, which makes shopping with my children much easier. I have been a customer for many years and have never had an issue until today. Unfortunately, my experience today was extremely disappointing. From the moment the cashier assisting me saw me, her attitude and facial expression made me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. It was very apparent that she was not happy about having to assist me, and I honestly felt discriminated against by the way I was treated. As a paying customer, I was not asking for anything free or requesting any special treatment. I simply expected to be treated with the same courtesy, respect, and professionalism that every customer deserves. What made the situation even more upsetting was that my little ones noticed her behavior as well. They actually asked me, “Mommy, was she mad?” A friend who happened to be in the store and was checking out with another cashier also noticed the way she was acting. When an employee’s behavior is noticeable enough that both children and another customer recognize it, I believe that is concerning. I have always viewed this store as a high-quality establishment, and with that comes an expectation of high-quality customer service. This experience was completely different from the service I have received throughout the years I have shopped here. I hope management takes this concern seriously and addresses it appropriately. No customer should leave a store feeling unwelcome, judged, or discriminated against simply because of the attitude of the employee assisting them.

  Christina, the Latina manager with glasses, was rude and dare I say “aggressive.” I think the heavy set female cart collector was annoying her about a shirt and it spilled over to me as a customer. Customer service must not be paramount at this store. I’m uncomfortable to go back.

  It is a beautiful store & you really get that aroma of the hot food if you enter at the North side door. Their quality of the outside departments haven't changed & have only gotten better in my opinion. I really enjoyed eating their chopped fruit cups. Their red velvet cake & cherry cheesecake slices are bomb too. I forgot to check if they carry the Temecula Tortillaria Tortillas their like Albertsons does. Those are the bomb & freeze very well & reheat in the microwave without getting crunchy like low grade tortillas do if you are into meal prep. The burrito size ate hard to find & i haven't seen them at Albertsons in a long time. I hope Vons carries them. I'll check next time I go back.
