My bf and I walked in today, 7/4/2026 early morning between 12:45am - 1:30am. Upon entering the male employee with tattoos on both his forearms & ear pods in his ears didn’t acknowledge us. There was no “hi”, “hello”, “welcome” like we’re normally greeted when we come here. I thought okay, no biggie. We were the only customers there & because we’re regulars we automatically walk over to the new order kiosks that were put into place last month. I sign into the kiosk with my phone number so I can get my rewards and we order a footlong spicy nacho cheese chicken sandwich as a large combo. We select all the extra veggies, toppings, & sauces that we normally add on top of what the sandwich already comes with. as we’re ordering on the kiosk, an eats driver walks in & he also isn’t acknowledged by the employee & stands near the register waiting for the employee to acknowledge him. He eventually asks the driver what’s he there for & tells him it’s going to be a few mins We finally finish placing our order on the kiosk & we sit down to wait. The employee then says to us that it’s going to be at least an 8 minute wait since he has online orders. I said, okay, no worries. I have a lot of patience and seriously we weren’t in a rush. I mean it’s 1:30am in the morning on a late Friday night /Saturday morning. The delivery driver eventually gets the order he’s waiting for. At this point, we’re the only ones sitting inside before shortly after another driver walks in for a pick up order. The employee doesn’t welcome him either and annoyingly asked him if he had an online order. He then promptly tells the driver that it’s going to be a few mins. Eventually, it’s our turn to receive our order and my bf walks up to the employee to pick up the bag and my bf had to ask him for our drink cup and grabbed our chips. I picked up the sandwich from the bag and I notice that the sandwich is extremely light and thin and just not what I usually am used to when I order this sandwich. I open it up and then see that the sandwich is literally missing everything that we added We let the employee know and I could tell this guys was just annoyed because of his tone of voice the attitude he gave. His response was “ohh umm that’s what you guys ordered. There’s nothing else about adding cheese, topping, veggies or sauces. All you guys added was the green bell peppers.” Then he blankly starred at us like not knowing what else to say. There was no apology or approach to fix it until I said let me look at my receipt, which was when I realized then that I didn’t receive my paper receipt nor did I receive a text with my receipt or an email receipt after ordering. I checked my email looking for my digital receipt and didn’t receive anything. He then says, “give me a couple minutes and then I can add your toppings”. Again, we’re not in a hurry nor are we rushing him and we’re not being rude about it. My bf and I both have experience with customer service and we understand what it means to have to deal with people all day. Fast forward and he is now ready to add our veggies, toppings, and sauces. He adds what I asked for but then when I told him to add pepper Jack he replies with, “oh I added that. It’s just melted”. First of all, how would you know that I asked for pepper Jack cheese when you claimed at the beginning that my order didn’t say anything about adding my toppings, veggies, sauces, and cheese. Secondly, how we’re you able to get the bread right but not everything else? Caught you! Mind you, there was no pepper jack cheese on my sandwich! Remember, I ordered a nacho cheese chicken sandwich that automatically comes with nacho cheese, chicken, red onions, green bell peppers, jalapeños, and pepper bread. We customized the sandwich and added pepper Jack cheese, on multi grain bread, spinach, olives, cucumbers, pickles and our sauces. Back to when I asked about my pepper Jack cheese, he replied with, “why are you looking at me like that”. I’m looking at you because you’re lying to my face and I can tell by the way your replied and by looking at my sandwich!
