  customer service I received was extremely disappointing. The employee who helped me was rude and unprofessional from the moment I placed my order. On top of that, my order wasn't even packed correctly, and I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. I expect to be treated with basic courtesy when I'm paying for food, and that simply didn't happen here. Because of this experience, I won't be returning, and neither will my family. I hope management addresses the customer service issues so future customers are treated with the respect they deserve my order wasn't even correct I asked for certain items and I didn't even get one item I'm eating my French fries dry my burger dry

  Ordered through the app. Arrived and checked in. Food came about 8 minutes later. 2 drinks were in the order but only 1 was delivered. Thought the server would come back with the drink. Saw both deliver food once, twice, and on the third time it felt like they forgot about me. Had to hit the red button to order. A server came by asking if I needed anything. They fixed it but I felt that the food cooled off significantly since food does not get any hotter waiting in the bag. Got home. The food that in the app clearly stated no tomatoes had tomatoes. Guess I was not clear enough. My bad. At least mine had mustard and no mayo. However, my wife's also looked like it did not have Mayo either. Not sure why. Overall, a subpar experience and the food was cold by the time I got home. Had I received my second drink on time or even maybe 1-2 minutes after they discovered the error then my food would have been warm enough. Although I still don't understand how declaring on the app that neither burger of 2 were to have tomatoes that both still had tomatoes. Still a mystery to me.
