  Papa John’s is one of my favorite pizza places but this location is trash. I placed my order it said ready for pick up at 5:30, walked in at 5:30, asked for my order the girl working there rolled her eyes and said it’s going to be 30-40mins. I told her I placed the order ahead of time and already waited 20mins. She rudely looks at me and says “I have to make all of your items, so you wait or I can refund it”. I wasn’t waiting any longer I have 2 kids that were hungry. This isn’t the first time this happened at this location, the first time I emailed their company but never responded back. I was so happy to have a papa John’s near me but this location is just horrible. Nobody cares there

  Young teens always snarky and smart allecs , food never ready and no pride in their work. We will see how long the franchise is around for.
