- JRJuan J Cruz RSep 9, 20265.0I visited this location early this week and the attention from Carl made a difference. Carl was smiling all the time to all customers and making sure that he prioritized every customer in line or needing anything if they were dining in. I messed up choosing dine-in for my order instead of take-out and he gladly updated my order. Compared to other locations, this is a location where I have perceived a difference in terms of customer treatment. Recommended and I hope you have the same customer experience
- GJGeo JoeAug 20, 20261.0You didn't update your website to show that two out of three of the items I ordered were out of stock. Then when I got there and you informed me, I agreed to replace one of the out-of-stock items for something else and asked for a refund for the other. You said you'd take care of it....then you didn't. You were just cool with ripping me off. Even tho the service has sucked I've always tipped you, so I guess you did me a favor and gave me a lifetime discount since now I'm cool with not tipping you going forward. This place needs to get it's act together.
- DMDarlene MaganaAug 6, 20261.0Rude and unfriendly when taking orders and then the order was wrong and didn’t get napkins or Utensils. They need to slow down!
- SCSean ClarkJun 29, 20264.0Love the cinnamon crunch bagel. The breakfast sandwiches are good also.
- JBJacquelyn BlauJun 5, 20262.0They are horrible when it comes to to at least the drive through … I’ll even order pick up ahead of time and I am still waiting like 10-15 min after I drive there for my food…. So if you are in a hurry don’t come here
