  From filet mignon now we switch to good ol’ McDonald’s. Every now and then I just need their 2 cheeseburger meal, with fresh French fries and a drink. Now I need to vent. The background: I worked as a teen at McDonald’s and it was so fun. I loved being a cashier and speaking with clients. I was surprised at the cold atmosphere- didn’t feel welcoming or fun. It wasn’t because of the workers, it was because of the lack of human interaction. I went inside and didn’t know they have kiosk to order! Not liking that experience at all. So I asked the lady how do I order and she took my order. These kiosk are dumb! The first impression of a business and it’s not a friendly welcoming smile. We need more human interaction not less. for some people, that’s the only smile they’ll get all day. C’mon McDonald’s.

  This location I think are scared to handle fish ? Always order a double fish fillet and they always give me one patty. Mostly every time I come here it’s the same thing or they just don’t know how to count ? Accuracy is just bad here you will always want to check ur bag before u leave 100% and sometimes the iced coffee tastes like dog water and they still give it out like that. McDonald’s location. Location can sometimes be good though just a hit or miss.

  I usually order for pick up and this has happen multiple times . I place an order and wait 15 mins before I drive . I walk to the counter and it’s busy but I’m waiting and no one is acknowledging me . My order and other people order is sitting in the back counter . We are all standing there just waiting for someone . The manager is in the back silent . 50 mins pass after people start yelling they come to the desk . I get home and my order is incorrect . This place needs a better management team and learn how to run things . Always have someone at the front desk helping customers . Not having multiple roles
