  I tried to use the app to do a mobile order for Pick Up, I’m not sure what was going on with the app, but I was charged through my bank, but the app read there was an error. I did that twice and was charged $25 each time. But it still showed an error and no orders on the app. I’ve tried to call to get my money back, but with no success.

  The loaded fries are my new favorite and let’s not talk about the pita bread absolutely delicious! Also what really stands out is the fantastic customer service, team is great , I know I’m going to have a wonderful experience!

  As always, the food is so fresh and tastes amazing! Sophia and Paloma were very helpful and attentive to anything that we might need. The restaurant is always clean and comfortable. Luna Grill is always our family's first choice.

  I always have wonderful service here so I didn’t feel the need to post but after what I witnessed today I had to. The food and service is always top notch. I know that no restaurant is going to please every customer 100% of the time. Today was one of those days. There was someone that came in that complained about everything. The food, how long they waited, how much they paid, just on and on. I watched the staff be so polite, offer them a drink, a dessert but nothing was good enough. There was a young lady and a young man (I don’t know their names) doing their best to help, but the person wanted the manager and he came up. His name was Nick. He tried helping the customer in such a pleasant way. I had to leave but I just want the higher ups to know how excellent your staff is. It’s not easy working in hospitality. They did a fantastic job and Luna Grill should be proud to have them representing you

  I like the look of this place, and I really wanted to have another good option in this side of town. But there is just Absolutely. No. Way. I would come back here when Greek Street grill is just across the freeway. Gyro meat was crunchy, I felt like I was eating celery with salt. The pita was dry. Taziki sauce tasted like ranch dressing, none of that rich cucumber flavor I was hoping for. Harissa's sauce was just oil and spice, no flavor. The rice taste like an Indian basmati rice, except for there is nothing to put on it. I ate what I could but after a few bites it was just too much. The people certainly are nice. They offer to give me a whole new meal, but I had already eaten more calories than I was interested in eating at this restaurant. Next time I'm going back across the freeway.
