  Jimmy John's has moved to a kiosk ordering system and the line easily gets overwhelmed with individuals who do not understand how to use the kiosk. Instead of employees taking the time to assist customers, they defer to letting the line go out the door. Freaky bad customer handling and service. Edit: And they got my order wrong. So much for specifying "No Mayo, No Tomato." It's on the receipt.

  This is my edited/updated review. I was promised a free sandwich after ordering my first sandwich from the app. I did it, but no free sandwich, the staff didn't know why and couldn't help. I had a different sandwich from my first visit, it was fresh but woefully short on meat unlike my first sandwich. Im quite put off jimmy John's for now. I don't know what magic they are working, but Jimmy John's is winning the sandwich war. Fresh and delicious and so much meat. We'll done,I'll be back!
