Online order took longer than expected and they had to make it when I arrived. I think the issue with this location is that they have two storefronts one directly off Central and one in the parking lot with no signage on the front to say please go around to back. Being my first time here I thought it was closed down and out of business and when I called she didn't even say come around back. The smoothie was delicious and made to order I would recommend better cups as this lid keeps coming right off. Cleanliness could be better trash can full and directly at the door is not a good look. Otherwise everything was good. I would come again.

It was closed, lights off and online it wasn't updated- it showed open. Wasted my time driving there before work. Time is precious. I saw 3 other people walk up to the door and leave I went 9:46 am and 10:30 am I stopped by Costco and returned here

The young lady that was on shift today at 4pm took my order to my specifications however, she didn’t customize my drinks or the waffles I ordered. It seem she always make the beverages to her liking instead to the customers satisfaction. And I can say that because I frequent this establishment about once to twice a week and order the same thing. My beverage was bland, watery and unpleasant.

On Thursday of last week at 7 something in the morning I went to Jamba Juice to buy a peanut butter moo'd smoothie. The staff there who helped me said that her name is Olivia and she was rude with an attitude as she always does. There was a customer in front of me that she hadn't completed his transaction yet once she finished with him she then took my order as I reached in my purse to get my money to pay she asked me for my ID. I told her it is money she rolled her eyes and then completed my transaction She starts his order but not mines as a matter of fact she starts an entire different order even though I was standing there waiting on my order. Once my smoothie was complete she threw my straw on the sly. If her name is really Olivia because I did not see a name badge she is as unprofessional as they come not only am I looking to make a customer complaint but I am contacting corporate. O really miss the manager who use to open at that location she was patient and professional.
