This is probably my 100th review but this location always blows me out of the water with the customer service and the flavor they put into the food. I’ve been to a lot of locations and they don’t hit on the flavor aspect as well as this location. The manager is amazing and always friendly as well as Jose, I’d give this location a 100/10 review

When I got home there was no salad so I called I was upset because this is a third time that they mess up my order so the guy on the phone Jose told me he was the general manager and that he would give me a three-piece replacement meal. I called a few days later he was there showed up with my receipt and what I got was extremely disappointing. Two dried up chicken wings with hardly any meat, and a drumstick the size of my middle finger. It was also extremely crispy not moist at all like it normally is. I'm not going back to this Pollo loco I felt like they pulled a fast one on me.
