- JHjohn hollowell2 days ago1.0Service was so bad we waited while five other orders came up they tried to give us cold food I told him I would take mine chicken salad milk combo meal but cold but my wife needed to be Hot Tacos so then she went back and brought me back the two same tacos that were cold I could feel it she was very rude she said oh well you saw me I was on break what difference does that make does it mean that she was on break and we had to wait for our food I will never go back to that location and most likely will not go back to El Pollo Loco it was the worst service that I've ever had and we've been going to El Pollo Loco for years but never again

If you are working in consumer’s service you have be descent human being for at least 5 mins at the drive thru. If you don’t enjoy job start seeking another one.
- NNnCclayAug 12, 20262.0I paid $2 for a slice of avacodo. That's just ridiculous. Luckily they didn't give me the receipt, cause I would be filling that survey out RN as well. Time I went in at was 2:03pm on 8/12/2026. Very upsetting to see this after paying extra for avacodo.
