While some things have changed over the last few decades, El Pollo Loco's delivery of fresh, authentic food has not. Everything starts with whole chickens that are slowly marinated in a special recipe of herbs, spices, fruit juices and garlic. The chicken is then expertly fire-grilled to perfection the authentic way - on our signature open-flame grills - then hand cut into your favorite Mexican entrees. We put that same dedication and care into our handmade guacamole, salsas and dressings every day. At El Pollo Loco in Riverside,CA, we believe that when real food meets real fire the result is great taste that will keep you coming back again and again.

- TGTeresa GonzalezOct 11, 20261.0Aiden C took my order and was very rude-gave me my order at the window then closed it without saying thank you or anything. He doesn’t even try and meet half way for payment nor hand off of food. Luckily for this location, food was good.

- EEeatingwithmeowJul 7, 20264.0A [would come again / 還會再來] · i liked their signature fire grilled chicken family combo for 20$ USD using a discount on their app as of August 2026 (i like their occasional coupons) · their grilled chicken tasted juicy + flavorful (my favorite) · their corn was yummy while brocooli was pretty bland · i really enjoyed their green sauce (can ask for more) · they did forget to include my corn + flour tortilla... tldr: highly recommend their fire grilled chicken when theres a good discount on Sundays
